World Environment Day ( 5/6/24)

World Environment was celebrated at PGSC to engage, educate and encourage the young generation to take positive environmental actions such as reducing their carbon footprint conserving water and energy, adopting sustainable practices and supporting environmental initiatives. An online quiz contest involving participation of students from schools was organized. A “Plant for the Planet campaign" was also organized to encourage people for tree plantation, hence engaging them in environmental conservation efforts. Saplings were distributed among visitors to create awareness about afforestation.

1^st Prize: Divit, Cambridge International Co-ed School, Jalandhar

2^nd  Prize: Yashveer, Cambridge International Co-Ed School, Jalandhar

3^rd  Prize: Lavanya, Mayor World School, Jalandhar
