Centrally air-conditioned multipurpose Convention Hall with a seating capacity of 300 people, ideal for conferences, seminars, annual general meetings, and theatrical & musical performances is available at Science City. It is well equipped with modern stage light control and projection facilities; big stage size; registration counter, toilets & dining space, green rooms, etc.

The Convention hall is open for booking by institutions for functions, conferences or seminars. The request can be made online or by sending hard copy of the duly filled up form to Asst. Manager (Estate). In-house catering facility (through restaurant located in the Science City campus) is also available.

Booking charges:

Up to 8 hours – Rs. 25,000/- (GST extra)

Additional per hour beyond 8 hours – Rs. 4,000/-
