Workshop On Electrical Safety Devices And Protections.

The workshop on electrical safety devices and protections was organized to educate participants on the importance of electrical safety, the various safety devices available, and best practices for ensuring electrical safety. The resource persons were Mr. Ajay Mahajan, MD, M/s Power System & Controls Pvt. Ltd, Jalandhar and Mr Ravat, Quality Engineer from M/s SSK Limited, Kapurthala. The resource persons shared their knowledge about electrical safety devices and protections. Fuses, MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, VCBs, wires/cables, the benefits of earthing, and the selection of Electrical Control Panels to ensure proper protection and operation were thoroughly described to the participants. Approx. 75 students from Govt. ITI, Kapurthala, Technical training centre, RCF – Kpt and Govt. Mehr Chand ITI, Jalandhar participated in the workshop.
