Innovation Hub, Pushpa Gujral Science City organized Science Fest 2022 to promote innovation and creativity amongst the school students through development of working models in the various fields of Science & Technology. More than 350 students from different schools of Punjab participated and showcased their interactive innovative models at this occasion. Dr. Neelima Jerath, Director General Science City during her interaction with the students said that creativity is a function of knowledge, curiosity and imagination which leads to innovation. She stressed that we must give room to the young minds to think to get fruitful outcome for the welfare of society. Dr. Rajesh Grover, Director Science City advised students not to allow their inquisitiveness die down due to fear of asking a silly question in the class, due to inhibitions or due to any other reasons.
A panel experts from NIT, GNA University, Thapar Institute evaluated the innovative projects presented by the students.
